We stand behind our devices. We offer a 60 day natural defect warranty with every device we sell. This covers any natural defects that may arise. We will either replace or repair the device during this period for any defects. This is not an insurance for you device, it does not cover things like physical or water damage.
You may return your device within 7 days of delivery. It must be in the same condition it was received. If there is device protection enabled, please make sure to disable it before shipping it back. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $15 if it’s buyers remorse. This helps us cover any shipping costs and help maintain low pricing. Please email us with your Order ID and we will send a return label to you.
All accessories that were included with the device must be returned. $12 fee would be charged for each item not returned.
We can exchange for a different product if you would like. Just email us the link of the product you would like and also your Order ID. We will exchange it once the original item is returned. Any difference will either be billed or refunded depending on the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse if this policy is abused.
With each device we sell has real pictures of the device itself in the exact condition it is in. Along with that we provide a report of any repairs that has been done plus what the battery health is at if it’s available. This will make sure you get the exact condition and be more transparent with what you are getting.
